Honey Chili Potato

This simple vegetarian dish is wonderful way to enjoy the Chinese delicacies. So you can consume this food as evening snacks.

  • 3-4 tbsp cornflour / Maida (white flour)
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Red chili powder
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 Red Capsicum cut into medium pieces
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • 1 medium onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce (I used sambal oelek, Which is a very spicy chilli sauce. Obviously you can add nach your taste)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.
Process
